You’ve all seen inappropriately named dogs.... Yorkies called Fang, Poodles called Tyson etc. Well, here’s another one! Fido sounds like a sweet name for a little dog, but A1K9 Fido has to be one of the largest dogs we’ve ever seen here at our kennels, and we’ve seen a few! Of course, we could have renamed him, but Fido likes his name and we wouldn’t want to hurt his feelings! Tall, strong and massively boned, Fido has a head like a lion, with a heart to match. A dog with real presence, he reminds us of dogs from days gone by, a proper German Shepherd with an amazing capacity for work. Not surprisingly, he is another one of the fine imported dogs from Top Eastern European working stock Fido has flown through his training with ease taking it all in his very large strides, particularly adept at the protection work; he is surprisingly lithe and athletic for such a large dog. Once Fido has a bond with his owner, he is a big softie enjoying lots of fuss and attention from the family and friends. On the flip side, he is a very serious and seriously capable PP dog that will without any shadow of a doubt lay his life down for yours. We strongly and highly recommend him to clients needing an imposing, strikingly attractive and very capable Executive Level personal protection dog. A truly mega size A1K9 so if you think that big is best you will certainly love him!
